After Josh brought home a piece of awful carrot cake from a local bakery I became hell bent on making GREAT carrot cake. I of course am not a big cake person it’s the whole slice thing so I figured I’d make some cupcakes.
I have more tweaking to do still but so far it’s so very moist and the frosting is just perfect. It’s not too sweet, not too buttery or cheesy. As soon as I try the other part that I want to add I’ll post the recipe.
I also love these cute cupcake papers, they say cupcake right on them. I believe I got them at AC Moore but I have seen them in other places.
